The body scars were all Got Flesh!?! pieces. I hadn't noticed until posting this pic that the scar in the box is the same right on his shoulder. Perfect product placement.
This great makeup by Scott Stoddard @chewmakdatchosef and LuAndra Whitehurst @lulu_fxmakeup can be seen in the brothel see In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. They did such a great job on this makeup. They do some crazy closeup shots...AND IT HOLDS UP!!!! So much fun to see this makeup come to life.
